  two weeks sober, not on meds, can't get out of bed, no hope left for the future...i have plans for my future, but I hold no hope for a happy life...I lost everything after she left and I have no idea how to move on...goodbye dream girl, I miss you terribly...

  I hate myself more than I can measure...I have no hope for myself or my future...my unborn child will be better off without me in his or her life...their is no reversing this feeling that weighs me down now...I have no hope left for a happy life...

  I've decided (and I know it's going to be hard) that this year for my birthday, I'm going to be sober, for the first time since turning seventeen...eleven birthdays in a row I've been drunk, and most days between...birthdays are different though, they're supposed to be a celebration right¿...not this year...I have no intention of celebrating this year, or any other year, from now on...haven't had a good birthday since I was a kid, they're all so lonely to me...I don't care that I'm getting...

  i feel like I want to stop wandering into my own mind, wondering what's wrong...it's a scary place, a lonely place...I won't do medication but I'm researching natural ways to get out of this deep, deep valley...I feel lost and angry and scared and hopeless...maybe tomorrow will be better, but I'm losing hope that anything will ever get better...

  I miss her so much...she was the first female who made my heart feel complete...my broken heart is in a trillion pieces and it feels like those pieces will never come back together...she is the love of my whole life, and life seems so empty and meaningless without her...

  got a job that I've wanted and could get another one, both at hospitals and they offer classes that to want to take, but none of this excites me today, and I can't even smile...I miss her too much to be happy...its my birthday next week and all I want to do that day is lay in bed and cry...

  not doing well today...all I have energy for is crying all day in bed with the shades drawn and the lights off...I'm just so fucking sick of it all; the constant disappointment, rejection, misery, hopelessness...I found and fell in love with the girl of my dreams and losing that is a wound that will never, ever heal...we are expecting a child together but that kid will never know who i was...
