  i have severe changes in my mood where i can go from being happy to sad to completely mad in a blink of an eye. i cant contol my emotions so it usually comes off as anger and hatred . i scream and yell until i cant feel my throat i punch and kick walls and slam things into them if im having a breakdown. my emtions change so quickly all the time and i have no idea why.

  i am a sophmore in highschool i have a decent group of friends. everything around me has been crashing down since middle school you may think how does a kid in grade six get a eating disorder, kids are nasty thats how. throughout middle school i had lost a lot of weight that by the time i was in grade 8 i was a lot smaller than the other kids theres pictures and i looked like i was in grade 6. i suffered through depression and anxiety through that and i still do. i self harmed myself on my legs...

  throughout middle scholl i had severe anorexia and bulimia. i wouldnt eat breakfast lunch or dinner i would only eat partials of dinner,i would have snacks like a few saltine crackers but they would never stay down. i am having the feeling as if i am going to relapse, (i am now a spohmore in highschool) i know i am a good healthy weight but the kids at school are so awful. there has been a a lot days where i dont eat my lunch and there has also been a few days where i would force myself to...

  i lied to my dad about something today, i get myself involved in bad situations. tonight i was supposed to hangout with a friend she ditched me of course. i got really worked up about it so i decided to rebel. i told my dad this huge story and ended up getting caught. i am happy i did because my plan for tonight wasnt to go out and have fun it was to go to where i didnt think people would notice if i was there or not. i wanted to go to that party to leave and walk around and maybe find a quiet...
