i have severe changes in my mood where i can go from being happy to sad to completely mad in a blink of an eye. i cant contol my emotions so it usually comes off as anger and hatred . i scream and yell until i cant feel my throat i punch and kick walls and slam things into them if im having a breakdown. my emtions change so quickly all the time and i have no idea why.

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!

Sounds like a rough space to be in....you didn't mention if you are on medication or not....hoping you might get some help there. BP can be frustrating to tame but it can be done please don't lose sight of that....call you doctor and see if something can't help you.

I don't know why, either, but it keeps happening to me, as well, no matter how much I try to willpower my way to having only pleasant emotions. I get further by channeling and processing my emotions as they come rather than trying to bend them to my preferences. My emotions seem to have preferences of their own. But that is me. . .
