  Work was exhausting. Been pulling and picking alot. Noticed obsessive symptoms worsen significantly during pms. I become distracted flicking between tasks and forgetting them. expecting perfection and being disappointed with any outcome, shitting on myself for not being perfect and trying to tell myself I'm doing my best, constantly looking for validation because of my insecurity. Also jealousy and paranoia. Convinced that people are talking about me and that my boyfriend is hiding things from...

  I thought my first entry should be about my first entry. I'm not great at this kind of thing. I found this site after searching a trichotillomania query on Google and this helped answer it. I thought I would join and see about talking to some people here, I'm off on a date now after being sat in bed pulling all day. It's such a weird transition going from being so inside yourself one minute to having to go face the world another minute. I hope you enjoyed reading my first journal entry...

  I have had TTM  for about 12 years. Haven't found a forum quite like this one before. Looks great. Has anyone found anything that helps? I have Tried tangles and St John's wort, barriers and general fiddlys. I want one of those fidget cubes I keep seeing everywhere. Thanks for reading...
