Not sure how to write a journal

I thought my first entry should be about my first entry. I'm not great at this kind of thing. I found this site after searching a trichotillomania query on Google and this helped answer it. I thought I would join and see about talking to some people here, I'm off on a date now after being sat in bed pulling all day. It's such a weird transition going from being so inside yourself one minute to having to go face the world another minute. I hope you enjoyed reading my first journal entry...
