  I have been go e for six months I'm happy to be back, I had ended up getting help for my suicidal tendencies. My dad is finally in jail I'm very very happy and pleased to know he's being punished for taking away a special part of me.   My dad was my best friend it was easy to tell him what was wrong and he would try his best to help me fix them. He always cared about my feelings and always tried to be the best dad he could. When I was a kid and we would have bad winter storms I would wait for him to come back inside just so I can give him a hug to warm him up.   Last night I felt so worthless, that's how my family makes me feel. I think now everything's my fault my sister told me I make everything about me but that's not the truth.   Im in school right now and I just realized I forgot to take my medication this morning, im having extreme thoughts of feeling worthless and that I should just disappear and dont know what to do.   Im meeting my new and third  therapist Wednesday, I'm hoping this one sticks for as long as I need her. I'm not too happy about restarting healing process, I just want to get in to it.   I'm forcing myself to stay up even though I'm so tired, I barley ate dinner I really didn't want to eat the food but I have to.   I'm so tired of being scared everyday to be in my bathroom, but ever sense I found out what my dad was doing I can't shake the feeling of being watched. It's been 7 months sense I was last at my dads house and it's not that I don't trust my mom or her boyfriend it's just I'm terrfied.   I'm so sick of being home, I'm so mentally exhausted I don't want to go to school. I just don't want to be here in this town in this state. Im so tired of feeling nothing g but depression and sadness. I feel like a burden, I can't c talk to my mom anymore because all she does is yell at me. Why is it that no one wants to listen to me and try and see things from my way. If I left home I want pulpit have that battle, because I would finally be set for from the burden that I cause people.
