  Hello, my name is Matt and I am a recovering sex addict. Today is 2-15-17 and it's been a while since I last checked in. I am still going to therapy and still continue to attend groups. I would have to say that I have been completely honest since my last check in. There have been many, many opportunities to lie to my wife. There have been many, many opportunities to lie to my wife.   My name is Matt and I am a compulsive lair. Today is 1-26-17 and I slipped up today and lost all momentum that I had built up. And I lied today.I lied to my wife today.   Hi, my name is Matt and I am a compulsive liar. Today is 1-23-17 and it's 2:30 in the morning. I can say that I have been honest now for several days. My wife and I completed intensive couples counseling. And I must say that it was probably the best thing we could have done. We could have done it much earlier in our relationship and it might have prevented where we are today. Thankfully and I am super grateful that we got the therapist we had.
