- Long week and it's still hot and humid AF here. I ran this morning and definitely felt it. Now I have a long day of surgery where I most likely won't get a break...generally I inhale some grapes and a protein bar when I have a second in between...
- Well..my thyroid might be a problem. I have a high TSH but normal T4. TSH increases when your thyroid isn't producing enough thyroid hormones...if only the TSH is high, it could be early or subclinical. Will wait and see if they want to do anything...
- Morning everyone...made it to Jamaica with no problems. Yesterday we got here and checked in, then took a nap and had dinner lol. I woke up too early because I don't sleep well in new places, but once the sun comes out I'm heading to the beach. Hope...
