So my nom's landlord won't take a 1099 as proof of income and the pension company hung up on me and the previous landlord didn't leave files so I need to get another round of POA papers and the lawyer when I called aid, "Your mom's still ALIVE?!" when I asked for ten more each of POA and MedPOA, certified.

Sunny here but we have an air quality issue which is really weird for this time of year. I dunno..
Trying to get/stay caught up around here. I ran the robot yesterday. Today, I paid a couple of bills and have laundry working. Going to eat lunch and nap shortly. I now have no days off until sometime in March. I had two and a long time client asked me if I could squeeze them in. I'm grateful for the work even if it kills me...
