I wanted to run this morning but ultimately decided against it. I would have had to get up an extra half hour early, beyond the hour I'd need to run and stretch after, to deal with the snow we got overnight. Between fibro and idiopathic hypersomnia, I can't function on that little sleep. I'll try tomorrow if the roads aren't a sea of ice. Last thing I need is to break myself before I go on vacation. I broke myself on vacation a while back and I'm good if I don't repeat that. Although if it happened this morning, I would have gotten out of working with Karen..kinda regretting my decision now..

It was gorgeous here yesterday. Almost 50 degrees. Today we are back to winter. Very depressing.
My schedule is about to implode. Today, I started with a super senior that needs to be pilled. He's being dosed with Prednisone which tastes terrible. I tried the pill shooter which wasn't effective. Then fingers which were. Are his nails trimmed - no. Like freaking talons so I am going to have to purrito him going forward. He's pretty frail but surprisingly strong. Tomorrow will be busier and I am still trying to figure out how to manage Friday.
I'm on a short break with late lunch. Then, I have to go back out again.
