Well..my thyroid might be a problem. I have a high TSH but normal T4. TSH increases when your thyroid isn't producing enough thyroid hormones...if only the TSH is high, it could be early or subclinical. Will wait and see if they want to do anything about that or just recheck it at some point. Either it'll even out or my T4 will drop. Meanwhile it's hot and I'm working with Karen, and I have no patience for her.
I hope Leo is doing ok, and everyone else as well. Hugs..here's a derpy picture of Tumble and Haco, cause we need something cute and lighthearted

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

So, I have an update on Leo. She might be going home today after more CTs and other stuff. Apparently, the antibiotic that she was given wasn't appropriate for the problem. It has basically turned her GI system into a bleeding ulcer. She needed a transfusion! On a bunch of medication to control bleeding, infection and nausea. She's exhausted which is understandable. Send her good vibes please!
Very hot here today. I'm heading into four very jam packed days. I just have to think positive to get through it. Next week, is much better.
Miki - I love the picture! Thanks for sharing. It sounds like your GYN visit was helpful and that they listened. Hoping that you get your thyroid sorted out too.
