   I can not stop feeling like a burden to everyone around me. I feel like a high maintenance friend and like everyone will leave if I say what I feel.

  My husband and I just planned out our separation, I can't help but feel like all the love the world had for me is dead and there will never be more.

  My husband has become a trigger for my PTSD and I am scared of being unhappy for the rest of my life if I stay. Feeling very helpless right now.

  I got married really young, we've only been married for 1.5 years and I've realized we've probably made a mistake in getting married. I underestimated the effect that an unhappy marriage would have on my mental health. We are both terribly unhappy but not wanting to accept the reality that things are moving toward divorce. All of my friends are completely freaked out or mad at me. I am trying not to make decisions out of fear but I am lost and my support system has fallen apart. I have no idea...
