  I overeat when I am avoiding feeling. I know this, and I know when I do not want a food but merely want to complete the act to avoid sitting still with stress. I know how uncomfortable that overly full feeling is and I know that I do not want to sit with that. I know I will feel out of control and badly about myself. I know.
