  Things  have gotten rough. I push myself too far. I keep trying to be perfect. I havent posted or joirnaled in way too long. I definitely need to.   I really want to do good. I want to excell. I want to succeed. But it is November 15th and I am at 35 percent for my close ratio of sales at work. It worries me. I want the good stats. I want to be doing some thing great. Because I worry if I fall short I will the rest of the months. I cant fall back. I need to move forward. Im going crazy. I know I can make mistakes but I freaking hate it.

  I have decided to start journaling. I miss it like crazy. I dont know what it is but writing grounds me. Getting my feelings out on paper. Reflecting on my life, my day, what I have, what I am so grateful for. I take a lot for granted. I meed to realize God gives me so much. I am so happy and thankful for what I do have. I started yesterday with some journaling. I do want to say that today most of all I am grateful for the sun shining. I love it even if its getting a little chilly. Positivity....

  So Ive decided with everything going on I am going to take a break from the major social media like Facebook. Honestly its all so negative that its what is best for me. If people need to get ahold of me they will. Right now I need to work on me. This weekend I have a lot to do. I have a skill from the therapist to work on, I would like some music on my Ipod for some therapeutic me skills, and coloring some pictures of course always helps me. I am going to keep moving forward. I love you all....

  Honestly today has veen pretty good. Everything in the world is making me nervous and terrified but I have no control over that. I did go to work though. I did get my meds and take them. I was super stoked when they put card readers on the vending machines at work so I can eat snacks lol. I worked a project and contacted 140 people today. I am incredibly grateful for all of this and more. I cant control the worl but I can control my positive attitude. I love me. I love my job. I love you guys.

  After a stressful horrible day, I cried with my mom so upset. I dont do politics but  yes I am terrified. Then I started to overeact at work and freak out. My irrational fears becoming the best of me. My mom takes me on my lunch break over to the corner down the street. All whole bunch of people. Wonderful,beautiful,caring people heald signs that said we love you! I shouted to them thank you!! and I love them! Honestly such love gave me positive energy the rest of the day.   I need to keep thinking about the positive. I am great at what I do. I love to talk to people. People love to talk to me. I had 50%CR yesterday. That is half of my calls I closed and made into sales. I already  had a 100 QA this month. I need to be proud of what I have accomplished. I cant dwell on the negative
