  I am 49 and starting perimenopause. I an very depresses. I missed my period for one month, but suffering severe old symptoms. I got  my period 26 days late and it was a bitch. I finished it but still having old symptoms bad. Bloating, breast sore, weight gain, and depressed. I also stopped taking Zoloft due to side effects I could not deal w.  Anyone help me. How did you adjust to all of this? Is this all normal things happening? I try and be active and eat fairly clean
