@Ray,, I sooooo ipunderstand when you say they get in your way. I don't no for me if they are in my way as much if anyone is here I can motivate myself to do anything. I have to have the music blasting and sing and do a few dance steps while I'm cleaning. I live my music and I love to dance. It's good exercise. I have people ask me how I stay so thin and if I go to the gym. LMAOOOOOOO because I have worked out since eighth grade. Freshman year I worked in a a clinic for five doctors and wrote doctors excuses so I didn't have to take gym class. The uniforms were so ugly I didn't want to wear them infront of the guys. Lol then Junior yrs I was in a very serious car accident and I didn't have to use the doctors stamped signatures anymore because they did it themselves. Hang in there my friend I do understand and if you ever want to vent my arms are always open for you my friend. Hugs and best wishes on your job hunt.

Rain blessed rain and a breeze from yesterday evening until around noon here. How sweet the sound and the smell of the wet earth. I will take it with or without pain. It just makes life easier.

Not much happening around here today. This heatwave is suppose to lift off of the area this week and I'm so ready for it.

It is really great to hear all of you in spite of your pain, having a good day. Everyone seems to be in a good mood. I'm so....glad everyone is enjoying my legs! All this time they've been trouble for me it's great to know they are bringing such joy to so many!! LMAO!

Oh Ray, Ray, my hubby's home all the time. This is after yrs of being a long-haul driver. A HUGE adjustment for both of us. We manage to stay out of one another hair most of the time. I do think he looks forward to having the house to himself this weekend. LOL My biggest gripe is he isn't much on housework and leaves his stuff all over. Gradually, he's taken over MY house. LOL Hope you get some peace and quiet, honey!!

We have had so much rain here that everything is muddy and with the heat now it is humid not good outside days for me.

Feeling ok but this dang leg is still numb from the knee up and I cant lift my leg up to even put on underwear. I know I should go to doctors but with that stone I was there so much now I dont even want to go feel like I am always complaining and plus she has a student following her so he comes in first to ask seven thousand questions that is stupid do I have any sexual transmitted disease am I in pain. Where does it hurt and so on I just want to tell him to stop and go get doctor last time he was there for 30 minutes asking dumb questions.

Well my four year old niece is up and wanting something, man who knew I would be watching a toddler again after I raised all my kids, just when I though I had my life to myself I am taking care of a child again. She is cute I had all boys and a little girl with dresses and barbies is a plus. But girls are so different then raising boys and you all with girls are shaking your heads because you know I am right.

@Manny,you must go ! You can refuse to see this student. You can doit with kindness. Tell them you know how important it is for them but you just don't have the time or patience. You been there enough and gave him enough of your time. As I said call and ask for the nurse and after she gives you your instructions ask her if there is anyway to get by the student this time. Manny you can't let this student effect your well being. The longer you wait the more nerve damage it can be doing. Seriously , don't let this effect the way you are going to live the rest of your life if you don't do something about it. Give me the number and I will call I promise I will be nice . I swear I have never lost it on anyone. I tell everyone I'm the biggest two face B you will ever meet. Lol I can't be mean to ANYONE but turn your back and I can ripe you a new A hole. I've been so nausiated for the past two weeks, its been horrible. I haven't been ablet to practise my driving. But today i'm takeing my kiddo over to his cousins house. My nefew is 2 months younger than my kid and the baby is now 4 months old. She's so cute! so i'm gonna go let the kids chase eachother around. Take them to the park if the sun comes out.

manny i completly understand, just when my doc appointments start winding down something happens and i'm back to a few appointments a week. I hate goeing to the doc for every little thing. I always say better safe than sorry. I do know its a huge pain tho

Work has been rough. I get tired easy. They took me off hydrocodone and put me on low dose oxy (7.5/325, 3 X per day). I have been taking more muscle relaxers, so my body is adjusting. The SCS is still working good.

David, I hope the new med change helps you and you adjust to it soon. Muscle relaxer will make you tired . So a combination of those, pain meds and weakness from surgery I'm sure you are very tired. Hope you have a great night too.

I was done as in "stick me with a fork" done. It was nice breeze and cool when we left and it heated up.
I walked from one end of the strip Kohls to the other end Target. I discovered shopping is not good for
my neck. Guess that is good for the pocketbook.

David I feel for ya. I hope the new med switch works and I have no idea if it is hot where you are. That sure makes me tired. Just so draining. Cheers for Rocco getting some outside training!

Hi Gang!

I have been sooo busy, and hardly able to be online at all. My daughter's surgery went well, but she is healing slowly, and I am having to pack and dress her wound every day. It's time consuming, and I hate hurting her. Poor baby. She's gotten lots of little treats out of it though!

My oldest is leaving to head back to college next week. :(
I am one of those parents that just has never gotten used to saying goodbye when he leaves. I still cry just like it was freshman year, and he is a senior this year. He has to go a couple of weeks early, as he is captain of the soccer team at school, and pre season starts next week. I am so proud of him.

My GI issues are still kicked into overdrive, despite being off what the gastro doc thought to be the offending antibiotic. I am quite frustrated, and very uncomfortable. I plan on calling him tomorrow. Hey, he has had a two week break from me, so he'll just have to suck it up!

I miss you guys, and I know that once everyone is back at school, I'll be able to be here more.
Until then, please know that I think of you all often, and hope everyone is well. Hugs and love to all. xxx

I'm winding down for the night. My body is telling me to li down, but I always fight it until I've checked in here.

Cinnamon...my digestive system has been a mess for quite a while and a friend suggested I drink aloe vera juice. I'm here to tell you...it's helping to settle things down! They also make the little gelcaps, too. I'm cutting down on one of my meds because I couldn't tolerate what it was doing to my system. So...neck, shoulder and upper back hurt like hell, but the med reduction and aloe vera are helping my tummy. I'll try anything natural if there's a chance it will help.

Manny...get yourself checked by a grown up doctor! I hate it when they send the 14 year old in first!!!

Cinnamon and Cherry , I hope you both feel better soon ! It's so funny that you mentioned aloe Vera juice . My friend just got back today from vacation . She took her son to college ( cinnamon I do remember how hard that is and the tears) and then as they made they way back they stopped and visited relatives. Her uncle was telling her about the juice because she was telling him about her friend ( me) with muscle , joint etc pain and inflamation. He said him and his wife both juice this and the swear by it. I'm sorry I don't remember want it is they have beside aurthor because of age but said they hardly take their pain meds anymore. He said said he won't by the capsule for because it's cheaper in the juice form but they mix it with cranberry juice to give it some flavor. I'm getting some this week and I'm going to try it. WhY's the wore that can happen. Right ? Hugs hope you all are sleeping little newborn babys.
