Checking in , things are going to be a bit hard trying to make things work with just 1 car since the other one is giving problems. Well be rough trying to getting everything done and is frustrating. The good thing is that I'm staying on track and not lying.

Checking in had the longest and busiest day yesterday, but overall things are good and going well excited about my wife new business and she was finally create more products. I am more curious how it well do I am just trying to be a good husband and support her in anyway I can.

By the grace of God, Higher Power of just my own will power alone, I have been able to string 30 days of being honest with people and honest with myself. This up coming Sunday night I will be able to collect my 30 day chip from my Liars Anonymous sponsor! A long while back I never thought it would be possible, going through the affects and aftermath of a pretty bad relationship breakup, through all that chaos, pain and hurt I never thought I'd be able to be strong enough to maintain honesty, but I did! Also it's been a very long while since reporting here, but life is getting better by the week. I'm starting to come out of the fog of things that have happened and sort of tippy toeing my way into the light of optimism and hope. Also, I will be hosting a lovely female in my home this Monday night, my first date since my breakup close to three months ago with my ex-faince. But yeah, I'm excited for this, it's been a very long time since having butterfly's in my tummy about someone, but we'll just have to see where this goes, Monday night I offered to cook her a full course dinner, she's excited as well, told me no man has ever wanted to go out of his way to cook for her, ever, this should be interesting.

To those who are struggling with honesty, hang in there, keep trying, keep hoping and if your into it, keep praying! It does get better, it's get even better when one can string some days together, kind of gives you a chance to look back at where you were, and perhaps gives you a chance to see where you might be going!

Check in in finally finished for the day worked so much barely got sleep for the last 4 days now I can relax still have to get up in mourning to take daughter but good weekend with positive results. Things are going well now I'm going to try to stress less for the next couple days.

I lied on Friday and reverted to digging myself in a hole yesterday with my girlfriend. Things are strained with my girlfriend and I. I made mistakes and I feel like I can't let me bring me down and I need to keep moving. Is that a bad thing? I still have hope that I can beat this. Starting anew today, no lies as the day ends.

I am Scott and I have not lied today, but I have a history of lying when I get very stressed. I tend to when I do not want to disappoint others when things are very stressed.

Checking in start of Monday almost told a lie, more like I been working so much that I was absent minded moved a box and was not aware I did for sure I thought I didn't move it and I was keeping ground. So it still feels like I told a lie. Instead of denying it I need to say I do not remember than accidently lie about it.
