Checking in, hope today goes well really tired and I have a lot of stuff to do with changes to the business. Hoping that I can keep up with the forum first before getting sucked into work and what not.

Hello everyone. I am checking in for the day. Things are normal today. I didn't tell any lies today. Work has been keeping me busy and my co-workers have been very supportive. I'm asking alot of questions and am not exaggerating my abilities. So far, so good.

Checking in, yesterday went good and I hope to have similar day. I been thinking heavily about school and thinking of going back. So I put I can figure out today what options I have. I think with some positive motivation and drive for success would go a long way for healthy recovery.

Checkin in, I have a reduction in lies althogh I'm not completly lie free, anyday. I feel my burden and compulsion to lie lessening though. Just have to keep focused on the overall goal.

Checking in had a good day, the weekend is coming up and well be busy the days just flew by. Keeping up no lying, now I am just waiting for the Billi Caine program and hoping it well improve my life drastically I think I can apply it overall to most situations.

Checking in, hope everyone can have a great start and a lie free weekend. The weekend hardest for me working three days straight is a bit rough and during the week my daughter is like a full time job itself.

Hello everyone, I am checking in for the day. No lying at work or to the people around me. I had couples council in today and my weekly psychologist session. I was honest to myself, to my girlfriend, and to them about the things they asked me. My girlfriend wants time to herself and I respect that but I'm so anxious and nervous. I want things to work out so much with us. I hope we can work things out.

Checking in yesterday was really fun was originally sopose to go to work but wife was having some car trouble until we can take it in to the dealer she needs to use mine to get to work. After my wife got off yesterday we went to wife's grandparents house and got to spend time with them and we got to talk for a long time catch up and talk shop and what not. I was able to without lying which is good so this weekend is going well so far.

Weekend almost over went well, tomm daughter has no school so I'll get to spend some time with her. It well be nice usually we don't get to spend weekends since I work and during the week she is busy with school and homework and what not.

Had a great time just father and daughter bonding while wife was working, watched movies and played games she wanted. No lies or anything great way to start the week.

Hello everyone. I hope everyone is doing well. It's been two days since I last checked in and I have been good. =) My self esteem and confidence fluctuate up and down and there are days when the shame and loneliness are eating away at me on the inside and I'm not sure what to do. It hasn't been bad for a while but today I"m just completely torn up inside.

I haven't had the urge to lie and in fact told my best friend what was going on with me (all the lying, broken relationships, therapy). I was always ashamed to tell him about my problems before but I was completely honest with him and it feels refreshing, nothing to hide anymore.

I'm checking in for the day. No lies today. I've marked a star on my new whiteboard calendar.
