The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

Hey everyone, haven't checked in for a couple days...been really busy with school...taking it one day at a time.

I went to my first counseling session on Thursday. It was a lot more intense then i imagined. I can see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Had a good weekend and now to start the week with no lies as well. Will be getting off soon from work and then driving back home. So far it was good just surviving day to day and reminding myself and praying not to slip up.
