Kdeezy, stims start tomorrow, right?
jennakk, how goes your suppression?
Stims start tonight for me! First monitoring appointment is on Thursday morning :)
Good luck rb!
kDeezy: Martini's do tend to burn a bit. Try something with less vodka for today :) Hang in there, stims are almost over before you know it!
I got 8 eggs today. I HAD more than 18 follicles, plus many more that weren't counted because of their small size. I'm sure those matured so I probably had over 20. I had a small amount of the trigger so my estrogen wouldn't go too high, so that must be why the others could get taken. Estrogen is at over 9,000. Hoping it comes down and I don't get OHSS. Not great news, but not too horrible I guess.
rbcurly, MRSstrong, and lilcmhos, how are you all feeling?
I'm feeling so much better today! The pain killers yesterday were kind to me, but I was so bloated that there was so much pressure. Well, I must have farted up a storm last night because it's much better! (I'm pretty much the sexiest woman ever lately) I still need Tylenol, but I'm at work doing OK. :)
I had a lot of endo pain on Sunday and I knocked back 800mg ibuprofen without thinking. OOPS. I only took one dose and nobody will be implanting in my uterus for at least 2 more weeks so I'm fairly confident I didn't fuck anything up. I'll ask my nurse on Thursday. Anyway the pain got really bad again yesterday and I reached my threshold for needing narcotics. I have a very specific criteria for this: if I start holding my breath AND I can't sit still AND I've waited at least an hour from the onset of both, then I can take a Vicodin. You don't have to tell me that I'm crazy, I already know it. Anyway it was the first one I've taken since my miscarriage and when it started to kick in and the pain started to melt away I almost cried with relief.
I know Vicodin is 100% safe even when you're pregnant but I can't help feeling like I've drugged up my poor little eggies. Again, I'll ask my nurse on Thursday but I feel like a douche for caving in and taking it. But I figured that it's better to take meds than to have my body in a heightened state of stress from all the pain, right??
Lil your transfer must be happening any second, right? MRS, I can't wait for your fert report!
