kD, I hope this week flies by for you.

I am 6 weeks. Ultrasound is the 22nd. I am excited and scared at the same time. My DH said last night that it hasn't actually "hit" him yet. I am hoping the ultrasound goes well and we have some healthy strong baby/ies in there!!!

Lil: I totally understand what you mean about it not being "real". I feel the same way. I don't think the hubby believes it either, or he is just being guarded. Either way, IF has taken the "joy" out of this time. I always thought it would be magical, but instead I just keep looking forward to appointments to prove something has happened in there. I hope the 22nd get here before you know it, and seeing the little blob on the screen will make it very real for you.

MRS, I couldn't have said it better myself. DH and I are very happy we're pregnant, but I don't think we've allowed ourselves to really be joyful about it. The two friends and one family member we've told have shown more excitement than we have. Someday this nervousness and cautious optimism will go away.

"Cautiously optimistic" are words I've lived by for the past month. I'm hoping that joy takes over after the TWW, but it doesn't sound like it will. Makes sense. We go through failure after failure and have to build up a little wall to survive each day. I really hope that you feel that magic very soon. Lord knows we all deserve it!

I was wondering if any of you that are pregnant right now have a feeling of pressure in the uterus area and some times a pulling feeling iam 8 weeks with twins and I have horrible gas and it hurts :-/ I haven't had a BM for three days :-/ any ideas on what u all are doing if you have the symptoms iam having the doc told me to get some meds that will help my bm issue. ******Sticky Baby Dust to All!!*******

RB, I haven't felt pressure, but I have felt pulling in my lower abdomen. My nurse said this is round ligament pain (http://www.webmd.com/baby/guide/pregnancy-round-ligament-pain) and is completely normal. I've found that stretching helps. The constipation is most likely due to the progesterone you're on. My RE recommended stool softeners and prune juice. I did the former, as the thought of the latter makes me gag, but I know several of our cycle buddies have had success with it.

Jenna, I think how you feel will depend on each person. I truly hope you feel joy when you finish your TWW and get a BFP :)

I just have slight cramping but it has slowed down. I'm only 6 weeks so I'm sure it's too soon for any pulling.

I do have digestive issues though. I have constipation, then diarrhea. It's painful. Every night at least 2x I have to get up to go and it takes like 1/2hr. It's getting a bit better. I take fiber gummies and keep hydrated. Pedialite helps a bit too. I'm sure part is progesterone but for me it's also OHSS. Not pleasant, but should get better soon. I hope prune juice or stool softeners help you a bit!

I'm sorry to hear you're still having issues, MRS :( I bought prune juice over the weekend because I'm experiencing some constipation. How you drink that stuff amazes me. I have to plug my nose for even a mouthful, and I gagged most of it up this morning. Any hints?

Hey ladies Hope you all are well so iam 9 weeks pregnant and I work up this morning and in my suppository discharge was a little dark strand of blood looked like old blood like brownish iam so scared I went to the bathroom three times since and no blood but still extremely worried waiting to see the doc in 2 hours this is going to be the longest 2 hours of my life . Yup, I've had this happen a couple of times in the last 9 weeks. I even got orange at one point! My nurse said it's a combination of the creams and old blood. As long as it's not getting any larger, you should be OK. But definitely ask your RE for peace of mind :)

Yup, same here. I had some light spotting (light colored, so diluted bright red) after a few days on the Crinone. I freaked out! Now it's just dark red and a tiny bit, but that's mainly because (brace yourself) the Crinone gets clumped in there and so I don't see it for a bit.

This crap is nasty. I actually prefer the PIO ass shots... maybe. :)
