Still waiting to hear how my embies are doing, I'm feeling really optimistic for a Day 5 transfer!
I did not get such great news. We've lost two more & the other two are not quite at the blastocyst stage, which is starting to have me lose hope. They're hoping tomorrow they'll be there but the way I've been getting news lately it's not looking to positive. Has anyone else had to or heard of waiting for a 6 day blastocyst?
After we did out ET, they watched 2 other embies ( pre-blast, uncertain if how many cells), for 2 additional days, we were hoping to freeze. Unfortunately, they never made it to blasts stage. But that doesn't mean yours will not make it. I am really pulling for you.
KD, so close!!!
Mrs, did you decIde about testing yet?
Deezy, 8 is awesome! I can't wait to hear how the transfer goes!
Well I go in tomorrow for my day 10 u/s and will probably trigger tomorrow night and retrieval Thursday! I'm so flipping excited I can barely stand it! I can't wait to get these outta me and find out what we're working with!
Deezy: I'm so happy that 8 are holding strong! That's fantastic!
MJ: I'm sorry to hear of the two that you lost. I had two that weren't at blast yet, so they let them grow another day then froze. I thought for sure I would lose them, but some just grow a bit slower. I'm sending you positive vibes!
I had BW this morning. Usually they call around noon. I'm going to go out for a walk a little before and just stay outside till they call. I don't want to be in the hallway at my office. Fingers crossed for some good numbers!!
MRS good luck today!!!
Great news, KD! How are you feeling?
MJ, don't give up hope. Would your RE still transfer if they're NOT at the blastocyst stage? (Is this possible? My RE didn't go into blastocyst and cell number and such with me, so I don't know about this.) Our babies were graded "Poor" due to cell shape and fragmentation, but were still frozen and transferred. It might be worth talking to your doctor about?
Good luck, jenna! Get ready for some take-it-easy time :)
Lil, any more betas?
Deezy - I'm super excited about your transfer on Thursday! I'll be thinking about you!
I'm thinking of you today Mrs!! I can't wait to hear the good news! Good luck!!
Hines - I don't think they will. They are both almost right there, they are at the morula stage which is right before the blastocyst stage. I'm really hoping they were just growing slow yesterday and I get a good phone call today. It's just heartbreaking to go through all this and not see a baby in the end.
