A 5 for yesterday. The time has come to push myself and try a little harder (like actually try).

it is so easy and so tempting not to try at all sometimes, especially after a few challenging days in a row. Remind yourself of your list of reasons why you don't want to pull, and remember that the urges will pass!

I pull from further back as well. Top middle of crown. I just haven't shien that damage. I think I will put a pic up of it soon (that could be weeks) so you can see what I mean. Its pretty much fully grown back, just short.

I know what you mean Manda. The hard thing is that I'm trying about 60-70% of the time and then my willpower slips.

I got a 4 yesterday. Was on a 3 but then I was at a bbq and got a little drunk (3 glasses of wine will do that to me) and being a little drunk almost always robs or lowers my willpower.

I feel confident that its possible that I get a zero today!

It's 7pm and I've pulled 2 hairs subconsciously. C'moooon I can do it.

I understand the frustration of having willpower most of the time, but not when it seems to matter most. I keep telling myself it takes time to get to 100% awareness and motivation. You're right, you can do it!!

Oof I pulled 3 more tonight while watching a movie and unwinding. Had bandaids on.

Still, if that's it for today then I get a score of 2, which is still great.

Ugh, a 4 for yesterday. During the day I was on a zero, then a 1 after midday, then a 2 in the afternoon, a 3 early evening and a 4 by later in the night. Blech.

Had a great weekend though. Long weekend here.

Lots of sunshine and picnics and bbqs.

Spent the morning procrastinating (life) and feeling anxious (about life and procrastinating life). Just went for a walk and it's helped so much though I can feel the anxiety creeping back. Time to meditate and then get some shit done!

Bah, a 5 for yesterday. Stress and anxiety, oh what fun.

I'll be dealing with this stress every week day until I get a job I think, so I've really got to step up my exercise, meditation and diet. I do have some freelance work but I really want something steady. And I'll continue to build my business on the side.

I'm on a rating of 4 already, it's 4pm. Multiple binges. Auto pulling, conscious pulling. I just hair sprayed the crap out of my hair (a helpful barrier). Better not go near any open flames!

Oh job hunting is so stressful. Consistent meditation, exercise, and doing things you enjoy help a lot. So does being as organized as possible about the whole process, I think. And as proactive as possible, even though procrastination is so tempting! That was what helped me most last year when I was looking for work, anyway!
