Finding it a little tough. But within the next few days I'll be back on track. I'm resisting lots of hairs, but those subconscious ones have got me a couple of days.

I'm giving it 100%.

Nice work on keeping your will strong!!! :) Those subconscious ones are troublesome, but try not to get too down about them. As you know, you just have to be ever aware... which I know is hard. It is just so natural for our hands to find their way to where they shouldn't be! They're tricky that way. I find myself with my hands in my hair a LOT and half the time I wasn't even aware I was doing it. :/ Maybe we should check into getting some of those little toy Chinese finger cuff things (if you've ever seen them)... they keep the fingers of each hand together. It would be awfully hard to pull that way!

Thank you thank you. I'm only being hard in myself for not practicing awareness all the time but I know it'll build up over the next few days.

It was kind of amazing when I WAS pull free how much more aware I really was. Like every time my hand when to my head I was thinking "Okay... do NOT pull"... I don't remember really just subconsciously playing/pulling. I DID play with my hair a lot, but I was aware. I don't know... maybe it's just a certain mind set that we get to eventually when we are 100% committed. We'll get there!

Its just practice. After pulling, something is triggered, and we have to build our awareness up again. It's just like speaking another language, awareness is something you need to use often or you'll lose the skill.

That's a good way of thinking about it... that if we don't practice awareness/control we lose it. That was part of my issue... I was too complacent and didn't think I needed to really worry about where my hands were. I was aware of what they were doing, but wasn't controlling what they were doing. It was like after a few weeks I just figured I didn't need to think about it so much. Mistake!!!

Keep on, be strong, be aware, be careful! Together, we will walk into the sunset with our hair just swaying, shining, and sharp looking! Go for it! You can do this!

Ha thanks guys. Hmm hasn't happened yet. Perhaps tomorrow. If I could do it several days ago (except for that one damn subconscious hair when I went to bed) I can do it again.

Yes, you can do this. I know how it feels to make it through one single day without the tweezers in my hand. I am proud of your inspiration to find a way to keep going,no matter what!

You can do this! And I love how you keep on trying and trying.. when I slip a few days in a row, I’m already starting to lose it (yes, I’m that impatient)! But you can do this and as long as you’re giving it your best, trich is losing power :)
