  Hi,I have extreme anxiety, and I know this is a weird question.  But can anxiety give you kind of cramps in your very lower stomach?  I keep having them and it's freaking me out.  It almost feels like spasms.  It's very low on my stomach.  Has anybody ever had anything like that?

  my psychiatrist prescribed a very low dose of Lithium for me, but I've been afraid to take it.  She also prescribed a probiotic and fish oil.  I've been afraid to take any of it.  My psychiatrist said the dose of Lithium is very low.  I have severe anxiety, depression, and OCD.Has anybody tried a very low dose of Lithium?Thank you so much for any information!

  Hello, I've been on many antidepressants for the last twenty years. My new psychiatrist looked at my gene test and said I lack a gene to transmit serotonin. She wants me to start on a low level of lithium, eventually add some lamictal. I'm very scared about this, because lithium sounds dangerous to me. I've just had all of these recurring thoughts about death for years, was diagnosed with anxiety, now they are saying OCD and depression.Has anyone tried Lithium and Lamictal?  I'm currently on...
