Proud of myself...
Sooo...
Today marks month 3 of being pull free!!! Yaaaaay me!!!
I have come this far before and screwed it up, but I hope this time my determination to stop will be the key to be completely pull free for the rest of my life. I'm just going to take it day by day with truch and not let it worry me too much, because overthinking will trigger me to pull again.
I am on new meds now, after a stunt in a mental facility... The new meds were rough on me the first few weeks... Everyone said I looked like a zombie and had delayed reactions, though I thaught everyting was going well.I am back on Lithium, it seems to help with the depression... My list of meds even scares my pharmacist... That's bad...
I still abuse over the counter pain killers, though I try very hard to hide it... And there aren't always funds available to go and buy... But I suppose that is a good thing...
I picked up al lot of weight since starting the new meds, which also makes me very depressed... I started doing little workouts just to get my blood flowing and I do a fun run/walk every Saturday.
I stuggle to keep up at work, every day is filled with stress (over nothing) but I can't convince my mind to believe it. It just feels like I don't want to be here anymore, just want to stay in bed and never work again... If only that was possible... My finances are so bleak I will probably be in debt till the day I die...
