Thaaaank you!!!*** I think there are a few factors in play... New meds and the fact that I got sooo tired of hiding my bald spots. It was absolutely disgusting to look in the mirror and realise I did that to myself... Now when I get the urge (which is a loooooot) I concentrate more on not pulling than actually pulling... And I avoid areas or situations where I felt most comfortable pulling... I truly hope I can continue doing so well, I've done well in the past just to relapse again... Sooo, its one day at a time...
Congratulations! 72 days is a long time to be free of any addiction! Good job!
