  Or am I just really sad? I'm not sure what the difference is.I'm going through a breakup and am not handling it well. I randomly cry throughout the day, and can hardly get out of bed. I feel broken. There is a pain in the pit of my stomach that won't go away. I don't think I would seriously consider hurting myself but sometimes it crosses my mind that it would be a lot easier than dealing with the pain. What's going on with me??

  I feel like this pain in my gut will never go away. I feel like I'll never stop crying. How am I supposed to get over the person I assumed I would spend the rest of my life with? They were my whole world and now I feel like I have nothing else to live for.
