  My husband has nightmares about the A i had, and I don't know how to help him. He tells me sometimes what he dreamt and sometimes he keeps it to himself, but i know it hurts him even though its a just a dream. Some days we can go on with our day and somedays it makes for a bad day for us. Is there anything that helped for those days or to help get rid of those dreams? I try to be there for him and reassure him that i love him and that i will never hurt him like this again, but he has told me...

  Hello, im new to the group not DS. I was wondering if any of you had some insight or advice on how to go about finding yourself (digging real deep) and figuring out the patterns of how and why you cheated? my husband and i are about 6 months after dday and i really want to know my patterns so i can help myself and stop before and patterns start. i have figured out what led me to do what i did, now i want to know how to stop any signs from ever starting.any advice helpful...a little on myself i...

  I don't know what to do. My husband and i had been having pretty good days even starting to feel a little normal at times, of course we have our rough days, but even thru that we have been able to sit and actually talk about issues that we need to work on or change, and still after the talks be able to have a good day. But yesterday afternoon we ordered food and went to pick it up and as he was getting the food he ran into the GF of the man i had an A with. We were friends in the past not close...

  i was unfaithful to my husband. it has been about 3 months since D day. we both want to make our marriage work and are trying. we haven't told family so we are looking for any advice or tips to help us.we both need support groups. it has been lots of ups and downs but now it seems like more ups n trying to work on and focus on us now. thank you for reading...
