  Hi everyone I have a question about CP and vitamin deficiency. My doc told me to take a multivitamin because CP can cause vitamin deficiencies. However if the CP causes my body not to absorb vitamins how is the multi going to help me? Also how do I know if I'm deficient in any particular vitamin? Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

  Hi everyone I'm struggling with my self harm urges. They don't ever stop and I'm constantly thinking about hurting myself. I see my psychiatrist on Monday March 13th and I'm going to talk to him. My question is though is there any medications that help with self harm urges? Also my therapist ran a test on me and I found out that I'm slightly depressed. She said she is going to keep running it to keep an eye on the depression. Does this mean that my current meds aren't working if I'm slightly...

  Hi everyone I need some advice. Right now I'm taking Saphris, Celexa, Klonopin and Doxepin. I have gained so much weight on these meds! So much in fact that it's hurting my self esteem and trigging my eating disorder. I've been 7 years ED free now and I don't want to go back. I've been diagnosed with several mental illnesses anxiety being the prominant one. With that in mind does anyone know of any antiphsychotics and antidepressants that cause weight loss or are weight neutral? Thanks

  Hi everyone I went to a GI doc yesterday and he said I'm going to have to go to Charleston for treatment. Anyway he put me on pancreatic enzymes for my pain. Has anyone else used enzymes for pain? Do they work? How long do they take to work? Advice would be appreciated. Thanks

  Hi everyone I'm really struggling with ED thoughts right now. In order to try and help myself I ordered 2 workbooks. I'm trying to avoid treatment centers. I'm not sure my insurance will pay for them .
