  It seem part of the reason I have been depressed is because I'm actually expecting. Although it may be good news to some but with my family a child out of wedlock is a no no. As if that's not enough I have to worry about the ladies at work and their judgements.I only started this job in Jan and am bearly coping, now I'm pregnant. I feel like disappearing.   I'm having a relapse and it's been bad. I tried to deal with it on my own but the results are showing. I'm a mess. It's like putting a hand on a hot stove and the pain just won't go away. I started a new job and I'm afraid to tell any one out of fear of being judged. The crowed is not any easy one, one wrong move is always exaggerated. I'm waiting for my first appointment with the doctor which will only be on the 8th of August. Until then, I just have to bear it all n hope I make it.

  I feel so emotionally exhausted. Lately I can bearly even take proper care of myself. I put on the biggest smile when loved ones are arround me, but the truth is inside I'm falling apart. The only positive is that I'm not having suicidal thoughts, I just just feel extremely depressed. Everyday getting up is struggle.
