  been feeling depressed for a few days now. I feel very empty and lost inside. Don't know how to make myself happy. I don't have any close friends to talk to or hang out with. Work hours keep me from having a life. After work, I go home and I'm alone. Starting to feel very  isolated.i just want to feel normal and enjoy life, if if I am alone. Would really like to someone

  i have been dealing and suffering with panic attacks for about 20 years now. I was in a car accident and after that is when I started having panic attacks. I take  medication , but only when I feel an attack coming on, since I started having the attacks, I'm  claustrophobic . Can't ride in.  Elevators . Have to take stairs. And driving can be hard sometimes to. The attacks I hate are the one's I get just riding in a car,  especially  On the interstate, so, I never drive on the interstate....
