  It's been awhile since I've been on. 2 years to be exact!It's going on 3.5 years since my mother passed away, whom I never really knew to begin with. We were estranged. My family never reached out to notify me that she was even ill. I'm now in contact with my aunt and we keep in touch, but she still hasn't really said anything. I thought I was doing okay. Then a friend's daughter passed away unexpectedly last year, which brought everything back. My mother never knew about her grandchildren....

  I feel like I'm losing it. I broke down in tears on my way to work this morning.I found out my ex is dating someone. That's fine, but I don't feel happy for him. I don't really feel anything, except a bit of contempt. It's only been a few months, and he's already introduced her to his family and changed his FB status to in a relationship with her.   The 1 year anniversary of my mother's death just passed last week. The day started off okay, until a resident at work came to the office. On that day, her bird had died from complications of what was supposed to have been a life-prolonging operation. I've been keeping myself busy, so I wouldn't have time to think about it. We didn't have much of a relationship, and my family didn't care to notify me of her passing. Only recently, my aunt actually responded to me by accepting my friend request...

  I really don't know where else I can go. None of my friends will listen to me. The ones that do just keep repeating the same thing, "You're husband a good person. You struck gold with him!" Well, I don't feel that way anymore, especially after this last weekend. We have two children together (who will be 2 & 3 years old in October). We took the children on their first trip. It was just an overnight trip to Orlando. We went up with with our son's Godparents for their neice's Quinceanera....
