  Hi,I just joined this group - I noticed it said muscles and bones, so I thought there might be some informationvaluable to my situation.  I had a compression fracture recently - worst pain I've experienced.  Long and shortof it is that I need to take medications for the Osteoporosis I have.  Actonel has been recommended to me by myPCP, but it has side effects about a MILE long.. so I'm hesitant.  I was also told I could go to a Rheumatologist whomight give me proper treatment for the...

  Well, last weekend was the kicker.  The place I have gone to with a friend now has new management, and theslot machines don't pay off like they used to... I have won jackpots there and that is what draws me back.  But - this time I couldn't win anything, and felt so frustrated trying to make things happen.. I felt so ashamed that I had allowed this totake over once again.  My friend didn't have luck either and we consoled eachother on the 3 hour ride home.   Of course we were rationalizing...
