Well my meds have been reduced for 3 weeks now and  im not so sure its been a good idea,im so nervous and edgy its horrible,that blurred vision is worse than ever,i was in the supermarket yesterday...

Well im picking up today and have been out walking and catching up on my housework which was totally left for 2 days,i was in a frighteningly deep state of anxiety and depression the last 2 days...

I went out on sunday and had far too much to drink,was ill all day yesterday and still feel unwell today,im not going out drinkin anymore.

Im just so knackered today as i didnt sleep till 4am ,thinking is a big effort,im just going to lie on settee and watch some dvds.

Went to docs this morning and he lowered the dosage of the clomipramine down to 10mg per day so hopefully this will reduce the sedative effect and i can start rising in the mornings.Im still sick of...

just felt heavy tiredness today and not been out ,i had 2 late nights thats probably contributed to it,well tommorows a new day.
