Councellor

Saw councellor today and spoke generally about my situation,she seemed like a very good councellor and very spot on with her assesment of me.Felt lethargic today and just been in the house watchind telly ,bored really but dont want to go out.i know its pretty safe outside ,but still feel a whole lot safer indoors.
