  hi all just joined ive had incontinence urinary for past 7 years ,i catheter myself daily up to 6 times a day and wear pads and pull up stretch pants daily, at night i sleep on my side and have back and buttock numbness 24/7 due to nerve damage of hsp. i wear disposible diapers/nappies at night and always leak and bedding is wet sheets ect just wondering if anybody has tips to help at night and i always self catheter before bed so bladder is empty thanks
