You have to drink enough fluids so you don't get toxic but you don't want to flush it out
I don't know if tea is worse than other fluids
Maybe call your pharmacy??
I don't know if pharmacist would know, check with dr.
Or, go directly to a lithium website for info.
BE SURE To get your Kidney Function Checked Every Time You Get Your Lithium Level Checked!!
Lithium is processed through the kidney, if you are toxic, your kidney function can go down...also your thyroid level as well...both work together, and your Vit D. level if you are prone to depression....all three I've dealt with in my lithium days.
I would ask your doc or pharmacist how much you can have per day
