  Hi, I've been in perimenopause for a few years I guess, as evidenced by the weight gain in my boobs and tummy areas.  I can no longer eat whatever I want (I used to have a fast metabolism!) so now I've cut back on carbs.  My husband emphasises that I'm curvy and not fat.  :o)I have dealt with depression and anxiety for the past 25 or so years, on and off.  The past 20 years or so have been pretty good - of course, I do have the odd day where I feel down, or the odd time where anxiety will...
