been up since 2:30 ......but at least I know why ..I finaly went to an after hours clinic ....my breathing go bad enough it was worring me ...good thing I went ....it is my asthma that is out of...

what ever I had is in my lungs now I thought I got rid of it but I gess not ....if it isent better in a weak I will have to go see a doctor ...I will just have to see what happenes ...

had a realy good day ...was out with my daughter and her daughters ..and spent some time with some friends ..had supper out ....a day out just for me ....drove and everything ....

I have had this migrain four 4 days but yesterday it turned realy nasty ...I was in bed most of the day in the dark no noise ...no I pad ...nothing ....just in pain .even with my big painkillers...

I think I got a hole hours sleep .so far and it is 4:23 AMhave to be out of here by 7:30 at the latest ....in the morning ....having some sleepy time tea ..see if that will help ...on the couch ...to...

doing good today just had to take care of somthing.petsonal today ..took half the day ..but got it done ...it is beautiful out ..,we are lucky if we have a foot of snow left in some places ..the lake...

better than yesterday ..though ...my grandson birthday is comming up on Saturday and we want to get him an easel ..so he can use it to paint on his kitchen table he has realy good light there .....so...

had two in the last two weaks but haven't had ones bad enough to take the big pills for a long time so I count my self lucky .....was in bed most of the day ..on meds for it .....still not the best...

i went on an antieangizity med and it seames to be helping I can breath now ....it schould help more as it gets more in my system ....but already I can feel the diferance ..and my blood pressure has...

we had a big melt and rain and frize and rain again ..no busses ran today the roads and drivways parking lots ...every ware is like a skating rink .....we are just lucky it isent cold enough it isent...
