migrain city ......

I have had this migrain four 4 days but yesterday it turned realy nasty ...I was in bed most of the day in the dark no noise ...no I pad ...nothing ....just in pain .even with my big painkillers ....I haven't had one of them in a long time I hope it is a very long time befor I ever have a nother one .....,I don't know how I lived throught that 4 and a half year migraine ...............I am doing better. today just have to move slow ...no bending over ...can't do much of anything ..untill it is done with me .............so just staying home relaxing ..I finaly got some sleep last night .....about 6 hours ....that's not to bad ..concedering everything ............................have to see one of my grandsons for his birthday ....he is an artist so I went in with my son and we got him an easel ...he can use on his table ...it is a good one he will like it .....instead of being bent over his coffee table ..he will be ...21 ......not sure if we will see him today or tomorow ..but it will be good to see him and get my hugs ..............
