we went to see my hs cancer doctor ...and he is doing much better ..he will only have to see the speculist now once a year ...and take blood tests every six months ......he said ..he now has at least...

I drove to the city took my dad out shopping ....and he went for a haircut and we both had our glasses adjusted and we went out for supper ......than I went to my medation meeting that went very well...

well wensday is here ..and my mediation class is tonight ...we got about one inch of snow over night so the roads schould be good ...I am going to see my dad ...and take him out for some shopping...
