tonight is going to be rough ..
got a migrain..and a flue or bad cold ..in my chest to ...tried to sleep can't ..the maxalt I took for the migrain dident work ....so not sure what to do next ....if I take the big painkill I probualy won't get to much sleep ...if I don't take it ..who knowes ,...very bad caugh ...just about chock ..when I caugh ....I haven't been this sick in a long time ..I might have to go to the doctors my least favorite thing to do ....I will see how I am Monday ....I hope I can get some sleep tonight ....i hope everyone has a very good nights sleep ...

dear friend, i'm so sorry, you have an awful migraine, cold, and flu. our thoughts, prayers, and hearts are with you. wishing you comfort, healing, and relief. i hope you were able to get a good night's rest. rest can be very healing. Holly's been having some migraines. She takes a steroid medicine, and she has this muscle rub, that she puts on her forehead, it helps her too. we hope and pray, that you feel better soon. sending big caring hugs, lots of love, and healing energy prayers. wishing you good healing rest, and comfort.
