starting to better
i went on an antieangizity med and it seames to be helping I can breath now ....it schould help more as it gets more in my system ....but already I can feel the diferance ..and my blood pressure has gone dowen a bit to ....I am still worring but not like I was ...I geuss I need to be on the meds ....I put my self through so much ..being stubern ..and not wanting to go on a nother med ....I had been on it for several years and two and a half years ago I was able to get off of it ...and did realy good untill they put me on the high blood pressure pills .....going to see my family doctor see if there is anything he can do ....
