I went to my medation meeting yesterday ...and did better than I thought I would ....it was still rough ....but the roads were clear ....so that realy helped ......the medation was really good...

I mostly had a very relaxing day ....and brought the angizity dowen to a more tolerable leavel .....so doing better today ....so hopefully today I can get a few things done ..around the house ....

I made it to my meating and back ..home ........I was in prity rough shape ....on the way out ..but the roads were in very good shape ....clear just wet ....and very mild out ...you wouldent know it...

...I thought I was off to a god start ...I did a load of wash ..did some dishes ..been lisining to the radio they have some realy good music on ......was going to take my blood test and ...I see here...

and I am up ....so here I am ....my h. hip is doing much better we have been putting this cream I got for Bercitius. It took the swelling dowen ....and he is in a lot less pain and can walk around...

it is now 4:30 ......my h has a very sorr hip ...he can't walk with out a cane and than he can barely get around ...he will have to go get it looked at ...we don't know what happened ....or what it...

painting room lookes realy good ....and I am realy tired tonight ....so I am going to try to get to bed early tonight ...got some things on my mind ................just have to let it all go...

took half a sleeping pill and sleepy time tee and slept for a hour and now I am up so ..I will try to go back to bed in a bit ...my painting room is a mess since I was trying to clean it ...I only...

he pased two days after we took him to the vet ...we took him back home with us with pain killer..enough for three days ...and spent the rest of his ...time with him .....thankyou for your support...

doctor said he might not make the night ....we have him home on painkillers ....

we are taking our puppy to the doctors tomorow ..he is realy not him self ....at all throwing up and realy drinking a lot of water ....he hasn't eaten for a cupple of days ...just treats ...he will...

went out for the day today .........went to the city and picked up my dad he was having a good day today ....took him out for lunch ...than for shopping at wall mart ....just as we were going to...

my head has been acting up off and on all weak ..but today I feel prity good ...so I have been having a lot of time on the couch ....getting a bit lazey with my exersizing ...have to get back to it...
