well I am up
3:00 and I am up for how long I don't know ......can't get back to sleep ....to much on my mind ....and just insomnea ....but had a half of a sleeping pill and a sleepie tea .......I have been up since 2:00 ..I got board ..so came on here .....thought I would do some catching up ...

I slept really hard/deep for apx. 5hrs ~ now I've been up for an hour and I'm tired already. I walked Dude; we had a dusting of snow and it's 28degreesF.
When I don't sleep well, it's usually for the same reasons as yours, muskrat. I pop in & out for awhile also. You're smart to have taken 1/2 a pill. Hope you rest easily tonight w/a long sleep of pleasant dreams.XOxoXO
