  i feel like i'm not progressing. people have said it takes women longer to see gains. ig that helps. okay i've played soccer for 2 seasons, completed 2 weightlifting classes, and started hitting the gym back in april. i've always been athletic to say but i don't see no gains. okay i weigh 113 currently and started at 109. i want to bulk up to 120, then do a cut to 115. but i don't eat good at all. i don't eat balanced meals. i struggle eating half the time which is probably why i haven't seen...
