  Pretty much says it all. I've been feeling overwhelmed by all my thoughts, anxiety about the future, about work (I work in mental health as a peer), and just social interactions in general. It feels exhausting being myself sometimes, carrying around these thoughts, following them down the rabbit hole...I've gotten better at letting thoughts go, disputing irrational/unhelpful thoughts, and being kind to myself. But by golly, some days I feel like I suddenly realize I've been stressing over...
