  I recently had a situation happen that made me look at my friend differently like do you really have my back or are you all talk and no action. I tried talking to this friend about constantly standing me up when we decided to go to parties or events. She continue to do this and leave me hanging even at time when I say I need her the most. I had a talk with her once on how this made me feel and I don't like repeating myself and don't know what to tell her next since she did it again after our...

  Yesterday before bed I tired meditating for 30 mins. It went horrible I got interrupted once and from their my brain started attacking myself with negative thoughts. I could not seem to find peace  through my breathing. Mid way through the session I wanted to just give up and try to sleep but I finished it through but still felt the same. Why do our mind seem to be our biggest hater at time. It makes me go insane.

  Hello my name is Jakylah I am a senior in college pursuing a social work degree. Graduation approaching so fast I find myself in a scramble of what I need to do next in order to graduate on time. I also hope that my placement internship see me as an good fit for their agency so I can avoid not having a job fresh out of college.
