  Has anyone tried inner ear balance by bright nutrition? I wanted to know if it helps or works for people with menieres. It got fairly good reviews, from what i could see but i wanted to know from others before trying it for myself.

  Hi I have struggled with menieres now for 2 years but probably longer but my diagnosis was in 2019, since the ringing and not hearing certain pitches started in my high school years (just thought it was from being a stupid teenager who listened to her music too loud). I have been able to adapt little by little but theres a few things i can't seem to find a good solution for such as certain pitches that are so high they hurt my ears and head. It's not always.   Hi, I am new to this group. I finally found a group of people who understand. I have been celibate for over 10 years. And quite happy with being celibate. I gave my life to God many years ago. But have never been into sexual relationships.
